The Firm
As an attorney at law, I have been advising companies and individuals on business, finance and transaction matters for over ten years. An effective, pragmatic and constructive approach, as well as a collaborative and respectful working relationship with my clients, is especially important to me.
Drawing on years of experience at renowned international law firms, I have developed broad expertise in the structuring, negotiation and execution of complex transactions and legal matters. I also have a keen interest in current developments in artificial intelligence and digitalisation. In addition, I share my knowledge as an external lecturer at the University of Vienna and at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.
